Moving to Idaho - Feb 09

February 2009 we moved from Alaska back to Idaho. We had planned to move to Garden Valley, but there were no LDS kids our kids' ages amongst other problems, so we moved back to Nampa.

Here is Porter and Bridger with their best friends Landon and Branson Lee. They brought over the coolest poster of candy bars for them.

We moved everything in a big container that got put on a barge. Molly had an anaphylactic reaction and we spent our last night there in the hospital with her. All turned out well!

We are at the airport flying waiting for our flight out of Anchorage. I think it's about Midnight in this picture. Bridger and Rachel don't seem to be too thrilled!

I miss our blog!!

Ok, so I just got done reading through all of the blog posts from last year. They are kinda fun! Since I'm not much of a scrapbooker, I'm going to use the blog instead.

So... forgive me for the next little bit as I am going to play catch up and post older things!

Is there a doctor in the house??

Molly is having a fun little time with pink eye. Yesterday she got up from her nap looking like a pirate with her eye stuck shut. Porter screamed and ran from the room. No doctor there.

Today, Bridger's primary teacher gave them a faith filled rousing lesson about Joseph Smith's operation on his leg. Bridger fainted. Cold on the floor. No doctor there!

So..... unless our girls have stronger stomachs than our boys, there will be no free medical advice from our children!

Rachel's Sealing

Rachel's sealing was really awesome. Getting an opportunity to take your whole family to the temple is such a great thing. It's the Lord's little extra blessing for those that are adopted.

Christmas Pageant

We had a night in Bethlehem for our ward Christmas party. All of the kids were involved in the pageant, and even Molly behaved. After one of the songs, this little boy yelled out, "Sister Burr, can we PLEASE sing a song that I KNOW!" It was pretty funny.
